Just had a call from them (again!). Each time, they show a slightly different number, so I have to add a new number to my blocked list. A quick tip for iPhone users: just press one of the volume buttons. It stops ringing for you, but not for them.

When I told him my accident didn't cause me any injury, he tried to tell me he would claim for 'stress and inconvenience' - told him it was being sorted out and there is no stress involved.. he hung up the phone without saying thanks and goodbye.
