The second option was they will talk me through how to block so I wont be compromised. Told her that I was computer illiterate and could she ring back later and speak to my hubby. Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.

SCAM virgin media scammer calling from India trying to get you to go to website because your line speed and router has faults which they use called zoho.zom. This is a fake site which will download software to your computer to steal information. just tell them they are scammers and they soon hang up. They will also try on 0119 numbers
