Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.

Scam call pretending to be your internet provider and then attempt to get remote access to your computer. They say your internet is about to be cut off, press 1 to speak to someone. Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

Came up on my phone as possible scam number, but actually a genuine call from Richer Sounds in Eton letting me know an order was ready to collect.
Dropped the call as soon as it was answered.

They pretend to be from talktalk or BT and tell you that your computer has a virus and they need to download remote control software so they can fix it. In reality they are going to try and steal your bank and credit card details.

SCAM / SPAM Scam call claiming to be calling from Sky, telling me to switch my computer on as there is a problem with my internet. Told her I'm not a Sky customer and my internet is working fine, then I hung up. Obviously a scam to try and access people's devices and details for nefarious purposes.

Fraudulent call claiming to be from amazon regarding an order for over £300. No doubt (if you don't hang up immediately) there will be an option to query this and lose lots of cash to scamming scum.
