A chap called Chris phoned, stating to be from The Green Eco Company. After introducing himself he then launched into a barrage of questions about my age group, what type of loft insulation I had, how was the loft accessed, etc, etc. He then went on to state that because of my age I was eligible for a free loft inspection, which normally cost £65.00. Blatently obvious that this was a cold call from a private company so declined his offer, hung up & blocked the number.
Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

100% REAL SCAM ALERT! His name is George Williams. Together with his wife Georgia they are running a scam construction company I ended up working for. Basically what they do is hire you and not pay you what you have agreed on. So far their actions cost them dearly over the money they did not pay me in wages but the real price for their actions is yet to be paid as I no longer take scumbags to court.

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call. The caller did not respond and my phone did not ring. I installed this device because I have been a victim of miss-selling and fraud crime. The product is endorsed by BT. SCAM pretending to be O2 and saying that they couold not take my bill out of the bank this time. 02 always have 02 written on their text messages.
This number has been calling my landline approx. 7-8 times a day for the past 5 days. I always check 0844 numbers before I answer, so I have been ignoring this once I saw the negative comments left on this site. How can I stop them calling altogether?
