These people are liars as they wanted to help me reclaim money IF i had taken out any credit - I have never taken out any credit so they are just trying their luck and calling anyone and harrassing them. Amazon Prime phone scam, telling me that my account has been updated and to press 1 for cancellation and 2 for questions.
This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.
