Steve called from 01905 570960 claiming to be from EON Next and my gas contract is up for renewal When I explained that EON send our renewal letters and have never called this business once Steve tried to talk over me to convince me that he was our current supplier Its about time the telecom Companies are held accountable when a SCAM company uses its network

Had a phone number twice from slightly differing numbers but both commencing 07808166. Recorded msg informing me that my NI number has been compromised and to key 1 before legal proceedings are taken against me!!! Needless to say I just hung up - has anyone else received these calls?
Prerecorded message informing me my N. I. Number had been compromised. To avoid my being investigated for fraud I was to stay on the line to talk to the investigating officer. I didn't as I suspect it was melicious/scam/fraud call

Got the below message Paypal: We have limited your account due to unusal activity. Please verify your identity. Click here to begin: https://paypal.form-complete.com/?p=4 Did not click on the link as it was VERY CLEARLY A SCAM!! cannot believe how disgusting these people are. The number has now been blocked.

I have just been called by this number who immediately wanted to take me through security! All sounded very legit but just something in the back of my mind made me think that anyone could call up and start asking for my date of birth etc etc and why would I give that info to a complete stranger!!! I told them they needed to write to me instead (he said they already had - ha, ha) and then put the phone down. Looked up this number and guess what - loads of people who have had calls from the same number!

Had a call from this no, ignored it and they left me a voicemail of music and an automated voice thanking me for waiting. Odd.
