Received an automated call from this number today on my landline, saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my card one on Amazon, and the other for a International Money Transfer. Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. No such information being processed.

Then I went to click on the NHS logo (assuming it would take me to the homepage), however, it came up with a 404 code showing this page didn’t exist. This is a SCAM. It’s a fabricated message. Same Indian person who called last week about SSE shares. When asked if he represented SSE he did have the decency to say No directly. At which point the call was terminated. Obviously they do not record the results of their calls, so can we expect more calls in the future with the hope that we will in a moment of madness change our position?
This number has rang me 4 times in the last 2 hrs thet never leave a message not sure if it's spam or not but I haven't answered.

01268395512 - Definitely a spam call. They asked my name 3 times which i did not confirm, 3 times i asked who they were, they gave a garbled response and when i asked the nature of the call they hung up.
Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

The text message received from this number on 14/02/2024 at 12:13 simply read: "Got it (thumbs up emoji)" No other content and this number is not in my phone book nor was I expecting any messages like this from anyone. It feels like a text that is trying to elicit a response and leading to a scam/spam.

My system has not been compromised, as I have all my security settings nailed down and up to date. Don’t divulge or confirm anything with them, even when they say they are putting a block on your IP, it’s nonsense.

I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made.
