I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Caller claimed to be from Serif UK, the software company. They wanted to do a survey, and when I told them I don t do surveys over the phone, nor do I confirm details someone claims to have about me, they slipped up and said they wanted to do a survey about my household finances, not the sort of thing Serif does. I regularly speak to Serif on other matters and never had this kind of conversation with them. I reckon they were out on a Phishing trip, but they didn t get even a nibble from me.

this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. They do not with hold their telephone number. rang them on their direct line 01792311578 and they gave me a false 0800 number to complain to. A repeat call to the direct line said they would get their customer service dept to ring me back. They never did. AVOID
