accident claims company. Hung up on me when I asked for clarification on the address they had for the accident.
regarding loft insulation and apparent condensation and mold resulting from the type of insulation used, then asked if i was the property owner, when i replied no, he hung up !
They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.

Called today just before 11.00 am. As the number was unrecognised it was allowed to go to the answering machine.. Within a few seconds the call was terminated and no message was left.
