Fraud Automated message pretending to be from HMRC & threatening an arrest for fraud unless made payment over the phone. Told to press 1.....rang off & reported on Gov.UK website. Number blocked.
The Lady that called me was really understanding and gave me great advice as to how i could save money on gas and also managed to get me a new boiler as i am on a pension credit, job well done

Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.
