When looked up it’s not connected to any company, personally I’m not waiting for a phone a call from Manchester as I’m from a different area in the UK. This number rang my mobile today. Caller was male, but the line very crackly, so I was unable to catch what they were saying. Quality of the line makes me think it was being rerouted from elsewhere in the world. They haven't rung back so I can only assume it was a phishing type call. I have blocked it.
