Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots

Ring at very anti social times of the day, quick talking Indian guys who have no idea how to say my name, rude when I refused to spare 1 minute to answer their questions, then put phone down.
