Got a text from this number saying to go to the website to arrange a new appointment as "sam" due to unforseen curcumstances would not be in, and would be back next week. Sam is apparently from Borehamwood WW??? (I live in Borehamwood) i don t know what WW part stands for, and i have no appointment for anywhere in Borehamwood anyway. Unfortunately my son Had had an accident the day before so we thought it was the insurance company and told them about it but as already said it s just a machine with someone pressing the buttons because the line went dead when my husband told them about the accident the day before.
