It IS Sky and if you ask them they will openly state they got your number from a third party. IE, they bought it. Have you done a survey of ANY kind? If so that is how your number is passed to them. They will apologise and remove your number from their database if you request it.
Just had a very strange phone call to my mobile from 1135181884 a Leeds number telling me he was sending me 10 free goes on the national lottery, I asked what the catch was he said none . They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. AMAZON 02392643098 Allegedly from Amazon to say that I have bought an I phone 7 for £399 which has been taken from my card. I do not have an Amazon account. Also, my number is ex directory and on TPS but I still get these annoying calls
