He had the cheek to tell me rather nastily that I shouldn t be rude, and that he would call back anyway. Number has called again whilst I have been out. 'Darren' from 'Highland Legal' about an accident I have had in the past 2 years. When asked about where he got my details from, he told me I was entered into a database. When I told him my accident didn't cause me any injury, he tried to tell me he would claim for 'stress and inconvenience' - told him it was being sorted out and there is no stress involved.. he hung up the phone without saying thanks and goodbye. That was the worst part ;)
