I have threatened them with taking it to the data commissioner, next time they call I will ask to be put in touch with a senior manager and express to them that they are breaking the law by ignoring to take head of my request to be removed from their database and never be contacted

The unsolicited caller could not explain to me how she could claim back between ?2500 and ?112,000 (!!!) when all I have ever had is an overdraft that is paid off in full at the end of the month!! She was happy to end the call when I said I worked in the finance industry and know I had no PPI.
