asked for me by name, I answered in Spanish and he hung up.

Definitely a criminal enterprise. Rang me telling me I should claim the money set aside for me after a crash that they somehow knew I had been in. Very cleverly the got personal details from me including my address, date of birth and national insurance number. They pretend to put you through to a solicitor whilst keeping you on hold for a while... Very well thought out criminal enterprise.. After a couple of days they confirm that you can have the money.. And arrange for a "special courier" for legal docume

This company are persistent, they use different telephone numbers to call you, Accident claim company, I answered the first few half dozen calls, and expressed I had no interest...

if its not a scam then how did they get my house number and my name as these are protected under the data protection act and i have no debts so why do they keep ringing me and will not give me details ?

They get the telephone numbers from the charity commission website.

Called twice (16th & 18th June 2015). Male purporting to be from company called 'AAC' mumbled his way through a version of my name and informed me of the accident ...

Rings everyday at 6:05pm... Annoying! It is a recorded message!

Called me on my mobile and I didn t answer as didn t recognise the number. Looked it up here and saw it might be an Amex number. Called the legit number on the back of my card and they said no, it wasn t them, and they hadn t called me. Beware!

Dont know who called as I do not recognise the mobile number and didnt answer it possibly an Amazon or HMRC scam as ive had both of those recently from mobile numbers and as no message was left.

same number no one answer it happen many time in the day !!!
