He then mentioned I would be unable to call this number but gave an alternate no. to call i.e. 01273 660 457 if I had any questions

I am bombarded with text messages and phone calls practically everyday from these much of boozoes! It was from that dreadful energy giant British Gas, seriously move to OVO - awesome company. BG added my name to a debt company for a debt that was not mine. I wrote to BG about this 14 years ago they did nothing, messed up my credit.
