Had a call from this number. Lady stating she was from BT Accounts. When I challenged her she told me to ring 0800 800 153 which is unavailable. Definite hoax / scam for personal details.

Has called me 12 times in last 3 days, when I answer they hang up

Deceptive company pretending to be HMRC trying to make themselves sound very official, should be reported for fraud.

They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. Had loads of calls from Frederick International (01133 697132), asking for Mr Brown? Automated message, then cuts to a demanding male voice. Got irate after receiving 9 calls in...

This was an automated message saying that my BT line was compromised & telling me to press number 1 to sort out the problem. ( ITS A SCAM )

just answer and play along....tell them to hold for a sec while u get ur documents and then just sit ur phone down and continue with wat u wer doing....this will at least cost them a few quid...

Didn't answer, but tried calling it back and the call doesn't connect. Will add to the block list.

Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

Scam text claiming to be from Hermes who were unable to deliver a parcel and directing me to a link in the text. I’m not expecting a delivery so this is clearly a scam

This is a scam. If your card is stolen and HSBC calls you, they wouldn t ask you to call back. I received a call from this number AFTER I cancelled my card. I terminated the call when I realised it was a scan. I didn t call back and didn t receive another call. A genuine fraud department would call again.

PPI nuggetts pestering even when you ask them to delete you from their system they still continue to call - just block them off your call list - only option!
