Asian speaking voice. Mentions my computer - obviously a scam, but it is getting seriously annoying.

Over the past two or three years I have told them several times not to call me, and to delete my details from their database. They state that they will and it will take a few weeks. My definition of a few weeks is roughly around a month. Their definition is obviously a lot longer - I left them about three years ago, and they still insist on calling me and sending me junk mail. Often in morning or evening. even up to 3 times a day. As with all unknown numbers just slide to busy tone and never answer. Nuisance. No reason for EE to call me on unknown numbers. I only get email or SMS from them on genuine Caller ID d numbers.
