Aggressive and rude call from sales girl who sounded like she was talking whilst eating her tea.
This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive. They are based in Malaga, Spain and the company is Eureka Properties and this is their website. http://www.eurekapropertyservices.com/contact.html Feel free to include their address on any coupons, junk mail etc., and the phone number for any manner of callbacks you can find. Fraud Received a message from this number stating it’s from Vodaphone and that ‘we are unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees please update your information via...’ then it gave a link to an https address (looked like Vodaphone but too much else to be valid, I think). I haven’t progressed this, I don’t have anything outstanding with Vodaphone, but just be aware. I will be forwarding this to Vodaphone’s phishing area.

Constantly ring my home sometimes up to 4 times a day. I am TPS so they shouldnt be calling anyway. Never leave a message as I very rarely pick up numbers I don t recognise. I have called barred several times but they seem to pop up next day with a slightly different number. Who are they?

SCAM, I didn't let them continue far before hanging up on them, asking me about my interest in the stock market. Wouldn't believe that I hadn't registered with them, wouldn't give me their company name or details when I asked who had called me. Persisted even after I told them to remove my details.

At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.

SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!
I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.
