This number has called me today with an automated message claiming to be from the Fraud department of National Insurance.
nI was told to "press 1" to speak to an offic...

The number has too many digits to be a genuine UK number. It s either fake or from abroad. Either way, not identifiable.

I've received a missed call from this number and didn't call them back. I've heard it's Microsoft, a PPI company and an operating theatre.

guy with a middle eastern accent supposedly calling from the HMRC? needless to say I didn t give them any personal deets, do the HMRC even do surveys??

Scam - company trades under many names claiming to be a loan company asking for first months payment in advance . Contact police if any communication .

Never answered as I never answer unknown numbers, left silent voicemail possibly virgin media or unite union call centres

Best cold call ever. I answered, I was asked for by name and I asked who was calling. The fella said AMS Legal so I said I m not interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away and straight off the same person said what are you not insterested in? - I laughed and said are you for real to which he replied yes, very much and you ll never know about the opportunity that you ve just missed out on and hung up. I wish they were all as entertaining as this. I ve blocked and reported

they keep calling and harass people. despite explanation given they keep calling keep calling.

Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. She said that if I have a mobile contract I must be over 18. I said who says I have a mobile contract. I said I hadn t given permission for anyone to contact me on the number for marketing purposes. They told me id had an accident... (which I didn t) so I told them id just done a poo in my pants if they would like to help me with my accident !! They then got annoyed which I found hilarious as after the conversation was over it was them annoyed and not me! That s the way to deal with these harassing fools!

A recorded message saying that apparently a transaction of £600 has been made abroad on my credit card. Should have pressed 1 or 2 to glean more information for what is an obvio...
