If the call doesn t display the name of someone in your tel address book, or shows number withheld, or out of area, or International let the answer machine do the work. You can then block the number or use phone settings to set your preferences - problem solved...

Been called by 0113 419 9990 numerous times over the past 3 days. I answered the call today to be told it s about my pension - and they could see its frozen. The lady was called Becky (thats if they use their real names) who wanted details of my pension, which I wouldnt give, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong but I said how did know who she was, I said I would leave it and deal with it myself - she hung up!! So much for trying to convince me she was genuine. These scams are really getting out

Hi I have gotten about 4 missed calls from +442890438150. If i answer it goes dead. My mobile rings about 3 times and then it goes. I trying to block my number on my mobile. I also live near the Limerick am with Metero and have contact a number of insurance companies including aviva, 123, chill and fbd.

This number calls me but when you re dial it's an extension that's always busy. Blocked it now :-)
