Time and time again they call. What a damn pain they are

hese people who rang me are actually uswitch and they saved me a lot of money on my energy bills ?260 a year to be exact! they are not just piggy backing as you like to call it.. And at the end of the day guys i know for a fact that these guys only call people and get your info from you doing surveys and its not like they are Robbing you on the street ffs!

The guy said he was from Ecosave Power, which, having read the above, was true. However, he then asked if I had received my renewal paperwork, so I asked if he could tell me who my energy supplier was (I have recently changed suppliers, so would not be expecting any renewal paperwork yet). He said he would call me back - I said no, I can hold on, so he hung up. If that s not suspicious, what is?!

Beware. All nice and wants to send a FREE email but T&Cs state you have to cancel the subscription. If not it continues !

As everybody else said, an indian man called with lots of background noise claiming to be from Talktalk. He said there was a problem with the internet running slowly. Had I noticed this? I realised it was a scam and thought I d play along for a little. He asked if I had a PC or laptop so I lied and told him that I only had a tablet. No idea! A woman said she was returning my call?

Received several calls from this number over the last week, including two within ten minutes of each other. This is harrassment. They think that if they bother you for long enough you will give up and answer their calls. I NEVER answer calls from numbers that I don t recognise.

I got a call from this number claiming to be the HMRC. When I questioned them saying it does not sound legitimate he asked why I was wasting their time. I would guess this is a bogus call.
