Scam indian/pakistani/bangladeshi caller pretending to sell electricity and gas. They don't know a lot about either so they are just gathering details in the hope of profiling you. Several calls today, i managed to make one last 37 mins whilst i did other things. That is 37 other calls they couldn't make. RESULT
Made the mistake of making an enquiry a few months ago which I said I wasn t interested in, and they still continue to phone 5 times a week, even though I have blocked their number and I get a notification every time they try. Take the hint, this is harassment!

Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. Someone on another site like this reported the caller to be an annoying or aggressive salesman from "Go-Assist" - this makes sense as I'd contacted them online about repairing a household appliance, decided their prices were far too high and deleted all their emails. Maybe Asian call centre? The number was found by dialling 1471 and the call time and date were accurate Nov.30 @ 11:13a.m..
I received a call from Nationwide Repair centre. I don't even drive so it is blatantly as nuisance cold call.

Spam call, claiming to be from BT and saying hackers have got into your computer but BT will help you to sort it out. If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

I have had 3 of these calls recently. What exactly would happen if I called them back please? (I have no intention of doing that however).
SCAM person calls you by your first name, states that he is from your on line trading account- i do not have a trading account so i think this is a scam or fraud.
Ignore it. It s a widely reported scam.
