The question she asked (3 times despite me saying I need to end the call) required a yes or no answer and she was quite aggressive in tone. I have seen info on scam calls recording you saying yes to hack your bank, and this sprang to mind during the call.

The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
