Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. This is a number that claims to be a contact for MICROSOFT CERTIFIED technicians. This is fake. If you receive a pop-up asking you to call, please do not. Close your browser and then run a full Malware/Anti-virus scan, just in case. Why aren't Ofcom dealing with these scams? They have a duty a care and this is absolutely illegal. Track the scammers and make it impossible for them to operate. It's not rocket science.

As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.
