If you have ever spoken to them for their advice of how to clear your debt in the past (in my case 2+ years ago) but preferred not to follow they advice - they DO NOT leave you alone!! chinese - i think - the only word i understood was dhl. a scam as i have no dealings with dhl. i just let the call go on so they wasted their money.

I keep receiving calls from this number despite blocking it - they sometimes phone up to five times a day! They always ask for Andrew, the idiot who must have mistyped his mobile number when downloading a report or who knows what from this "financial" crowd. I ve asked them politely to remove my number from their database ... to no avail. I ve said I m going to report them to the police if they keep calling me, which usually makes them put down the phone if I don t beat them to it!
