01298 430958 SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN HOLD OF MY TELEPHONE AND KEEPS SEDNING SCREECHES / CONSTTANT RINGING DOWN THE LINE. THIS IS NOT A BUXTON NUMBER AND CAUSING A LOT OF DISTRESS.

It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

I have stopped answering these suspicious calls for the time being - too busy. As with the one I received at the same time yesterday, when I was having breakfast, I concluded the caller was another criminal trying to persuade me to give them access to my computer so they could infect it. That is because the majority of the calls I get are of that nature. The likelihood was all the greater because, like yesterday s call, it was purportedly from an area where I do not know anyone.

Had a call from this number - didn t recognise it, rang it back to be told "you have dialled an incorrect number"

Keep on telling me that i have had an accident. i asked when and where, however they were unable to furnish me with the details and asked if i could.

Does anyone know why these calls are coming through and noone wants to talk? Whats the point?

This number has called my mobile twice but left no message. The second time I answered it, there was silence and then the line went dead.

These people keep calling and hang up after the phone is answered, they are obviously up to no good, do not trust!!!

Received a call in the afternoon, after answering it and saying hello the caller hung up. So I tried calling the number to see who this caller was and a operater responded that the number was dialed incorrectly. But I don t know how it could of been dialled incorrectly, because I didn t dial it as I just pressed the button on the phone to call the number back.
