Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. constantly ringing my daughters mobile, she answered one morning call and advised she is in the hospital, they rang every 20 minutes after that call until i got there at 5.30. i answer the phone and the woman kept telling me to stop talking when i was telling her the situation. once i told her i would take it further she hung up. 20 minutes later they rang again! absolute nuisance

Repeated calls, they never leave a message and clear as soon as my answer machine cuts in. When I do answer and ask them why they have called a number in the T.P.O. they clear without saying another word. Rude and dishonest and don t respect the rules of the T.P.O. AVOID !!!!!!
