I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016

NB: There is no tracking attached & to my knowledge Hermes do not deliver on a Sunday, even when something has actually been ordered. Stating they are the credit investigation department, a UK government department. When questioned further, the caller revealed they were an independent company doing promotional calls.

This person rung and claimed to be from TalkTalk and tried to get me to do something to my computer when I said he was a bogus caller he started making loads of insulting and threatening remarks towards me and my family. Barred number now.

ACTIVE MART website seem to have build a fraudulent site around Atlantic Electronics Limited (a real trading company) and are using their London address to sell goods via a separate website. Active Mart state they are part of A&M Electronics Limited, also at the same London address. ACTIVE MART seem to be a SCAM website company - DO NOT BUY from them or give them your credit card details, when payment fails to go through they ask you to do a BACS Transfer of money to them - be aware!!!
