SCAM This organisation is impersonating NCA (National Crime Agency). Scenario: Someone used my identity at the Wales border so they needed to check with me my personals details otherwise my NIN bank account etc will be freeze by them. Fraud Telephoned 04/12/20. I gave no name when answering and they did not ask who I was. Young lady immediately started with "I understand that you have been in an accident which was not your fault". I have not had an accident and any reputable company would have identified who they were dealing with as a priority. Shut her down immediately and barred number.

I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.
