Has phoned me 3 times in last week. Asian male asks for me by name then when asked who they are and what do they want they hang up. This number shows as International and 01274792012... Said it was a quick survey, I asked where they got my details from and they said public source. They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.
