This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435487xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

Offers you a loan, only asks you to give your email address then says to check the loan agreement and terms via the email. I read it and they required one months repayment BEFORE giving you any money! Very suspicious! They rang again after 5 mins and I told them I wasn t interested and hung up. The company are located in Bridgend which is Wales so phone number is 0208 which I thought was London unless it s a head office or something.
