Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. ps or ts services saying they are not a sales call and are ringing about new government legislation so you can get your dept wrote off. Its a scam, this is the 10th different number to call me saying the same rubbish. Another number added to the block list.

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!

I got a missed call from them at 17.15pm this evening. so I got online to checkout the number, so glad I did. It s a scam. Will not be answering my phone to them in near future.

This number is now being used by a company calling itself Ownership Release Services. Usual lies about claims for mis-selling of timeshare. This number is also used by Timeshare Solutions Release and Timeshare Release.

I phoned their number while withholding my own number and they have their number set up not to accept withheld numbers. Yet another new number being used by the accident claims firms - that's the second new number they have phoned me with today.

These guys offer a supposed Nuisance Call Blocker service but the only nuisance calls I get are from these people. They call 5-6 times a day no matter what I do or say.

I was called by a stroppy Welsh woman who wouldn t shut up when I asked her where she got my number from. She came out with some rubbish about me being on a government data base that said I had a credit card - what bloody business it of hers? These people truly are the scum of the earth. cwhat is th e point of me registering with TPS if I keep getting calls from brain dead morons reading from a script. Oh well the last two words she heard from me began with F and O. She was so aggressive!!

Keeps calling at the weekend, won t leave a message. Annoying. If it is Laithewaites I am already a customer!

I have made a complaint to ICO as TPS cannot help.
