How the hell are these scum still calling me market telesales crap calls off Scottish Power have been calling for 3days & up to 15-20 times per day it s now 20:45pm & they are still calling regardless of the fact i have screamed NOT INTERESTED several times. Had a call from 01497 874850. From BT Openreach regarding untrustworthy downloads from Facebook / Google. Wanted me to connect to a page on internet to check security has not been compromised. When challenged (ie no problems noticed, I would not connect to any page while on the phone - I would contact BT myself), they hung up. Obvious telemarketing / scamming.

Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. He told them to go ahead and try to disable the computer but nothing happened. He asked for the guy s name and number and he said he was Peter Connor and quoted this number. Someone must be able to track down these scum, wherever in the world they are and lock them up!

I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam.
