Sent to Surrey Police at 1506 11 May 2014 This is not a complaint against the Police. I am complaining about telephone number 01274 792012 whom are harassing me. They telephoned yesterday 10 June 2014. The first two times I answered, silence then rings off. The third time an Asian answered stating an English Christian Name. I confirmed my name, he then tried to quiz me about my personal data and residence, I refused to confirm anything, I told the caller that I was terminating the call and not to call me

SCAM / SPAM This was an English speaking polite male telling me that the Government funded insulation in my loft could be causing damage to my property and he wanted to arrange a visit to examine it. Claims it is from a well known Telecom Company and Broadband provider (it is not). It is an attempt to get access to your computer. They will state that you have had broadband issues that they have picked this up from your hub (extremely unlikely, it is impossible to monitor every hub any ISP provides). It is an attempt to get remote access to your computer. ISP's do not use mobile numbers, they will always do a check as to who you are, these people do not even ask who you are as they do not know.

This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?

A woman called Sarah from telephone blocking services called my elderly father asking him for bank details, which unfortunately he did give.That bank card has now been stopped. She then called my father 2 more times but threatened him that his BT telephone would be cut off if he he didn’t pay. Its my belief that this is a scam warn other family members not to give out any bank details to cold callers or anyone over the phone!
