Called claiming to be Curry’s Pc World acting on behalf of network providers giving customers better deals. Phoned Curry’s to check legitimacy and they informed me this is definitely a scam as they don’t even have an outbound sales call team anymore and don’t act under the Currys Pc World name anymore, just ‘Curry’s’.

Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. This is the 3rd different number used by the same scammers. Unusual card transaction £300 & £1000. Odd they never tell whose card or what card and always sane amount. Need to be gulible to get conned by these numpties. If in doubt call the number on the back of your card. Never react to their suggestions. Dont be fooled.

Appears to be some kind of call centre. I could hear lots of calls in the background, not sure of the purpose of the call as no one spoke to me when I picked up.
This phone number along with multiple other UK numbers call my Canadian phone number HUNDREDS of times throughout the day for someone I don't know. They refuse to stop calling me.
