They might be a legit fuel card company. However they are very annoying and do not understand when I say we do not have the need to use their service at the moment. Pretended to have met with people in the company but gave me the wrong names.

SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number. As soon as I answered it hung up, I didn’t even speak. I tried to call back but call wouldn’t connect. I blocked the number because it is probably telemarketing or spam.

Over the last two weeks there have been a number of High Wycombe calls, which are trying to con you about Amazon prime, silence, or a annoying hiss. This particular call is an annoying hiss. I have collected about 16 numbers in this time period of the same ilk.
This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.
