every day I get at least one call which cuts off immediately. I didn t speak as I was waiting for the caller to speak.

Ive just had a missed call form this number, i did order a new phone through Carphonewarehouse today, ill see if they call back..........

These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. I have had repeated call about 10 per day from the same number, 2 types of calls 1. as per above , that i owe money on credit cards 2. that the government has set up an scheme where they are freezing monthly interest payments on CC or store cards and if you have these cards you can just make a monthly payment to them instead . as i am a financial advisor i keep them talking for ages (appearing to be a bit non financial) after all it runs up their phone bill, then i wrap them in knots using my knowledge,

Junk mail from HSBC linked firm. First to mobile, then called house line. I have not given my number/details to any firms/surveys/shops/ other organisations since Jan 2015, when I stopped work to look after the kids. This week I updated details with HSBC for their online documents BS and today I had 2 junk marketing calls. You d think they make enough cash off my overdraft fees, but obviously need to sell my details to shore-up their disgraceful accounts too... Tragic.
