Unwanted, unsolicited nuisance call which woke up our baby grandson who had just been put down to sleep.

I have been called numerous times by this company about an accident which wasn t my fault.

Have had 4 phone calls this morning. 3 went dead when picked up. 1 was answer machine message about subscription to amazon and asked me to press 1 to cancel and 2 to discuss options. I put the phone down. Has anyone else had these calls?

I have told them I am in dispute with the company which has employed them but they keep calling and saying they want to talk to me. I wrote to them and told them that I do not accept calls as everything must be in writing. They do not stop despite the industry rules.

Dropped what I was doing & raced downstairs to answer persistent call. Man with an unidentifiable accent garbled something against a cacophony of background noise sounding like the Call Centre from Hell. I asked him to repeat his sentence. He said " can I speak to the owner of the business?" Puzzled, I said " business?" At which point he rudely disconnected the call. They had my name & when I asked who was calling the phone went dead. Sounded like a call centre or office.

This number seems to ring nearly everyday never leaves a message I know it’s falkirk scotland as I haven’t any family or friends in Scotland I just ignore it. 01324 881450
