Called saying he was from Debt recovery, when I questioned him he started to twitch, then said he was recording the call so I asked him who he & his mates are that call several times a day using different mobile no:s & how they got my number. he then called me a F*** & mother F*** and said he was going to call again tomorrow, I wished him good day and said I would block that number also. So I just registered with TPS and literally within seconds this number was calling me! Actually pretty annoyed that they must have access to TPS database or someone know that I have just registered! Pointless. Can t complain on TPS until I have been registered for 28 days - is that a scam too???

This number appears to be from 2Touch, a direct marketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of EDF Energy in response to a complaint, so it was a legitimate call.
