The owner of the domain is "Bee Internet Ltd" however I wouldn t be surprised if it s just a dodgy registrar that used their details to register a customers domain. This will come back to bite them as they end up responsible for this spam.

Must have been taken back off the SPAM Callers Blacklist, as just had a call from 02038960132, on the Landline. Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Cold called by 01212885519 on 4/5/2016, caller said they were phoning regarding an accident by a member of my family. Despite repeated requests for their company name, she merely stated she was the Accident department . Told her she had the wrong number and she hung up.
