My number is telephone preference system (TPS) and therefore this company - or any others like it - should not be calling - this was a 'fishing' call. Callers' name was 'Joe' - male, said he was 'an energy advisor'. End of call. Don't call again, Joe, you might get my husband next time and he is nowhere near as polite as I am.

BEWARE...I rang this number thinking it was my local Nat West branch. I just wanted to transfer some money but this was their call centre and I was charged the princely sum of £4.43 on my phone bill for the privilege. Part of this goes to Bt and the rest to Nat West. Never again.

tried asking nicely to remove us from their list for months they ve recently persisted so i blocked their number in our system, they kept leaving voicemails instead... so finally today I have reported them to every authority going (including ofcom) and called them to inform them that if we receive any further communications from them, legal proceedings will begin immediately. i advise you report them to ofcom too - multiple reports about the same company will eventually work to get them shut down a

Had this number, 01619390228 call me a few times recently, they don t let the phone ring very long, have never left a voice message and on trying to call the number I get an engaged tone, will try to get to my phone quicker next time to answer, reckon it s a scam call, shouldn t be allowed !! PPI call. Have had 8 or 9 missed calls - very persistant and pushy. Had to ask several tumes for them to remove me from their lists.
Showed up as international call and the voice was a transatlantic male one. He sounded like a recording even though he wasn't, and was very slick - when I corrected him for addressing me by my husband's name he said he was 'a little dyslexic' to try to wrong-foot me. He tried to tell me about a door and window replacement scheme. As he knew my address I asked him to write to me about it - of course he won't!
Calls my mobile daily but I don t answer, have blocked the call but log shows they continue to call.

I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving! This caller wanted to claim back my PPI. He said they took 30% plus VAT with a no gain no fee guarantee. He started to ask questions that I will never discuss on the phone so I was immediately suspicious.
