I was very sick and I had my phone in do not disturb. I checked it later on in the evening and I had 11 missed calls from them!!!! No message left. I called back and i was diverted to answer phone. I wouldn t answer this call. It s very unprofessional to call that many times! If you call once leave a damn message and let the person get back to you!

Then we were told we had to pick up the prize in Birmingham? She gave no details as to how we were going to receive the prize, but was insistent that we go this Wednesday, but we said no, then she said the weekend then? He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent.
