I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered HSBC ! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said I work for both banks (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I ll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.

There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. However it was confirmed next day when a call came from a slightly different number, 01614357985. Other sites informed me a large number of people had been called similarly. These maggots keep calling-every few weeks. They claim to be 00Z Group-operating out of Lichtenstein . Despite me telling them the same each time they call-- that I am not interested in trading on stock markets, and have not traded for over 20 years!! Today they claimed that--as a colleague had called me a few months ago-somehow that uninvited cold call meant that I was interested!...bizarre! Today I pointed out to David Grant -that they were being confirmed-by someone selling them old/obsolete

NEVER allow anyone to access your computer. If you do they will steal your personal information or plant a keylogger that will allow then to read everything you type.
