They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. Call from this number followed a spam text from a claims management company (I responded to the text to try to find out who sent it). Wouldn t identify the company or admit that the text was spam, but claimed it had been sent as a result of a mistake on their database.
