Told me I had won extra entries to lottery. Told them not interested but phoned again, now blocked

Recruitment company - X4. Dealing with these people is a waste of time. I think they are targeted on how many calls they make.

There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. I answered this call and the lady on the other end said she was calling from OVO Energy, as it appeared as a mobile number I didn t trust or believe her and ended the call!!!! I ve now blocked the number!!!!

Dropped the call as soon as it was answered.

The man pretended to be a police officer, saying that the database is updated. I called the local police and they said that this was a scam.

I know many people who will no longer answer their landline unless they recognise the callers number. It is businesses like IJT, boiler-room scams and PPI Claim companies who have changed the telephone from a useful tool and friend into a nuisance ridden pain in the arse. Well done everyone!

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call.
