Caller contacted me regarding my contact with BT openreach and claimed they were phoning to give me feedback on fibre broadband. He knew my name and sounded legitimate however on confirming my address the line went dead

It's a scam caller from some company claiming the they've had a notification on their system that I've been involved in a minor accident. They use a local number ...

This number called and I did not recognise the number so I did not answer it. I then tried to ring it back to see who was calling and the message I got was "this number is not recognised so I can only guess it is another scam call.

They have been calling me daily for over a month now depite me telling them to stop.
