Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Had this call 11.30 today. Well spoken young man says " I hope i ve got the right number, can i speak to Mr (My Surname)". . .i ask which one as there are three Mr (My Surname) at this address. Annoyingly you have to answer the phone to add it to your BT black list so i only answered and hung up straight away. i dont know why they bother and i hope they rot it hell.

IT’S EASY TO STOP THESE CALLS!!! Simply answer the call and pretend to be interested in what they are offering. You will probably be passed to a "manager" who will arrange for someone to visit you. Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back

I have been called by this number today and yesterday. When I answer the caller hangs up. Very annoying.

I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!

Someone called George from a football pools organisation. I have no dealings with any football pools company so I cut the call.

This number keeps calling me to ask for a previous owner. Every time they call they say they have never called before. I have asked to be removed from their list but they refuse and their call operators are very rude. Has anyone else had a similar thing from this number and do you know which company they are from?
